The science of changing your hormones and your brain chemistry by eating different food is powerful. When people do that, they don't crave or want it anymore. And we know how to do that now. We just had a woman in our clinic the other day, who's been on insulin for 20 years, who got off insulin in three weeks by cutting it all the crap. That's amazing. Yeah. So I think maybe I would leave with the thought that Michael Pollan, our friend said, which is if it was grown on a plant, eat it. If it was made in a plant, leave it. And if it's being sold in a grocery store, you know, beware
