The Importance of Catalytic Change in a Club
The curation factor of the membership can't be overstated. I went to the original 260 members that we bought out of bankruptcy with and gave them all the right to co-invest in the deal. And what I gave back to them was infrastructure that they never expected. So those types of things were the real difference makers, if you will.
