Creating a Trusting Environment for Data Scientists
The most effective way to establish more trust is by treating someone else as if they are trustworthy. Leading a team means exposing your own vulnerabilities and inviting people to share alternate opinions. When we're operating in a trusting environment, we allow our opinions to be shaped by the other people around us as well. We need to all feel comfortable expressing our opinions at these ieas that we may be worried about others finding it ridiculous.
