I hurt my back really badly in two thousand eight. Was i overworking? For sure. I was doing a whole bunch of things. And then i couldn't get out of bit. During that journey,. i discovered inversion yoga, specifically with the yoga trapees. We have them something like 81 countrye something like a hundred, 80000 students.
