Co creation is when you invite in your users and key stake holders, like people who actually deliver the service. And so ultimately, as you get to solutions, you're already building in the idea that they'll implement them. So i want to build on that i love this. Are there common pitfalls in service designe prototypes? One of the ones that i hear about is, i think people approach service design as a this craft that experts do,. Right? You would say one of the most important things to do is actually co creation, right? Right?
