I'm curious, what are some of the things that you thought were essential in your life that no longer are and that you are either going to do a lot less up or none of? I basically have learned that I don't need to leave my house ever for anything. You know, like a lot of people, I plan to travel a lot less than I used to. What are you most worried about as it relates to mental health in the future? We're probably better at diagnosing and recognizing mental health challenges but we haven't improved that much in actually treating them.
