How Many More Transfer Windows Does United Need to Get the Team Playing the Way He Would Like?

The real thing that's separating this current United side from winning a Premier League is star power. I think you're still lacking an elite striker, probably another elite player somewhere on the pitch. But yeah, I don't see this team putting up huge goal scoring figures even with the additions that have already been made. If I personally had to guess when a realistic title win would be, I would say maybe another year after that. That's probably how it should be given the amount of money that United have to play with this summer.
