Is Taysom Hill a Gimmick?

Taysom Hill is not a quarterback. He's also not Steve Young 2.0 for let's start with that one. Why can't Taysom Hill be the power runner of the duo that they have in the back field that also happens to have a gimmick ability of throwing every now and again? The Saints love to get a hundred yards on nine carries from Taysom Hills. But if you design 10 to 15 plays for him every week and make him 25% of your offense, some of those weeks it's not going to work at all. It maybe Andy Dalton just needs more time with his pretty good receiving group.
