The Importance of Setting Realistic Expectations

I was looking back the last like five or ten projects that I had been involved with and I thought okay this most recent project did I deliver anything of actual value on that project? No. And for like the last several projects I had worked on spanning years worth of time like I had added nothing valuable to the world. It can feel that way when you've had a number of years in a row that were like that but since then I've been more fortunate  and have been involved with things that are successful because of my involvement. Don't look at these situations where a lot of stuff is out of your control and just because the whole thing failed think that that's your fault focus on
