I think build up gradually don't train too hard in your teenage years for me. I ended up with a lot of injuries so do you think they were from over training those injuries training too hard to see. It's important to run on some softer surfaces at times and not do too many track sessions and road sessions but most of all keep enjoying it because if you keep enjoying it you'll love it, that's the most important thing.
