How Do I Hire From Work?
Figure out what you should work on after doing your task inventory. Separate business from personal, offer a test or a small project to get them started once they sign on with it. Have them do filmet and things that can be done internally. Start small, and then things will get better and better. Take the job description and create an s o p out of it. Just do a little loom vidios, just showing what you're going to do,. ideally to save your time. And then finally, my bonus tip, something i wish somebody woud have told me early on, when i started scaling, ask them how they're feeling and what they're interested in.
