Ulex: A Virtual Kaboots in the Cloud

Nakeem: I was born a Jew and my associations are really about being a part of a kaboots. And so likewise, Tom W. Bell legal scholar who's done a lot of great work down in Honduras for the Prospero project has developed this idea called Ulex. In fact, it's not an idea. It's a system of common law that lives on a blockchain in the cloud in the case law, goes into it.
