i was using 15 hundred milligrams of caffine a day, an hydras powdered caffine and a. cup of coffee over the week end. I did that for so long that i just really messed up my nervous system. But then i haven't indictive personality. A product of the sixties from the city drugs,. a drug abuse was a big problem when i was young. And i have that indictive personality that if a little bit is good, a lot is better. That's why i'v e had so many injuries in the gym.
