The Uncertainty of Business
A lot of what you're talking about just has to do with the uncertainty of business. So if you do something that works, even if you don't fully understand the mechanisms behind why it works, you can still be pretty sure that it works and you can repeat it. And I think ultimately people connecting with people on their level, being very clear about why we're doing what we're doing,. We've talked a lot about pricing and we're actually probably going to change the way we price this compared to other things we've done in the past so that's sort of a new thing.
