Why Do You Cry?
We use mirroring as a way to gain more understanding and information without using the word why. The other one is voice tone. Everyone knows that 93 % of communication is non verbal. What you might not know is 90% of verbal communication is actually in voice tone. So i could say something, but use a different voice tone, and the meaning completely changes. That's doing away with the word why, and using the right voice tone so important. Now the second skill set is curiosity and appreciation for each other.
