Is China Exem Bank Partnering With a Fund in Singapore?
There are some funds that we call sovereign development funds where there would be a state-owned Chinese institution involved in the fund. And then we also have private equity funds that specifically are established by corporate institutions or companies themselves. And then lastly, we also have joint investment funds where let's say a policy bank or a Chinese company will partner with a regional institution to establish an equity fund. They together will decide on development projects they want to invest in.
