How to Get the Best Out of a Virtual Assistant

If you are going to bring out a virtual assistant, and a lot of my clients i recommend that they do. So there's a couple of key things. Ye attually have to be effective with the body you bring on board because theris a lot of variability in a person. We can help you with it, as long as you're clear that they're coming in to help you but you're leading. They're not going to do it for you.
