The wall artist recalls a customer who refused to pay for her daughter's birthday party. A stranger came out of nowhere and said, Oh, okay, look, you know, that that's awful. She melted down when told she couldn't go by the girls' birthday presents. 'That would have been a few hundred pounds that we were banking on,' he says. He adds: 'We needed that money back then.'
