If Thou Wilt, I Would Love It

The lepers were shunned from society. They did not have access to regular human social experiences or even human touch. In Matthew chapter 8 verse 1 through 4, which tells the same story and will be in Matthew 8 in a few weeks, the man adds one word. He says, Lord, if thou wilt. It's this meek, humble. He's kneeling down. He's basically saying, if you want this to happen, I'm still going to love you. And at that point, based on that phrase, I can picture our leper saying, thank you.
