There used to be a lot of superintendents, yo know, kind of that late nige. But now also, we're, like, specially in the met area, salaries have pushed so much for assistants and you can now make a living. It's hard to get a superintendent shop ston yoreoy because guys are staying for so long. And then it's also, you know, every one of us in that room can go grass. So it's a little different experience than most interviews, most industries, interview inm for jobs, cause nobody in there is an expert.
