The Dark Side of the World Cup

I personally hate time wasting and I would like to see FIFA introducing some rule to penalise it because it's bad for the game. A lot of people, it seems, in Brazil, are not happy with the World Cup but that was a great triumph. Most of the profit is going into the pockets of FIFA. It's not necessarily going to go into Brazilian people's pockets. $11 billion or more has been spent on developing stadiums and developing infrastructure for the World Cup. Now, how much of that money is going to end up benefiting the people of Brazil? Not much of it.
