What Is a Community of Practice?
What is a community of practice? They are all sort of communities of practice. For most companies, it means that the product people come together every once in a while. It can be from a daily stand up to a quarterly session to an annual get together. The purpose for the community could be either getting better in what we do or agreeing on product principles.
