"It's really hard for people to be obstructive when you say I need your help. Give me a hard time and refuse here's exactly what I do," he says. "I pause for 15-20 seconds and don't say a word." After four or five times of saying the same thing, his next question is: What would you do if you were in my situation? He has never had a problem with that.
