Where did all the ucranian rigo? It's, i know it's a big question. My guess would be, at least part of it was exported. They sold a lot of weapons to subr in africa a couple of years ago. But what they did do is become one of the largest exporters to china. China became, i think, one of the larger buyer of a ucranic arms after the midon revolution.
