1. Some places, like São Paulo in Brazil, are black holes attracting everything and everyone there. They prevent other cities to develop. It's not a virtue circle.
2. There is far more access to information, but more people are misinformed. But that may be easier to solve. I'm addicted to youtube, because of in depth content.
