The Virtue of Being a Person Is Identifying Which Goods Are Really Important

Like you're just actually not maximizing or even approaching being approaching climbing the peak of like being a good at being a person right and if you suck at those then yeah you're just you're not good at it. There's something in particular that really bugs me about the type of person who is just an eternal aspirant I don't know if I'm like aspiring to be rational but never quite gets there. Like they go around talking about how you know they're gonna write a great book someday and then oh I was working on my writing for so long but then they never actually do it. That's one reason I think that's a that's a failure mode that I worry about in myself
