The History of Infosec
In 1969, UCLA and Stanford established the first internet connection over a telephone line. James Anderson published his second influential paper Computer Security Threat Monitoring and Surveillance in 1980. The phone-freaker movement that he was part of became instrumental in establishing the early hacker culture.
