The Bible shows us how the Bible tells us instead of telling us some things. This is so good for us to understand that here is the family of God. All these messes, all this dirtiness, all this brokenness. Here's Laban who like, yeah, you can have all these sheep, all these goats and then he takes them all away. But even worse is you have this deception happening from Laban with his two daughters, Leah and Rachel. And we're getting more deeply and deeply into that.
