How to Reduce CO2 Emissions in the Netherlands

I was surprised to see that CO2 emissions in the Netherlands aren't much lower today than in 1990. The energy transition is not only about using green fuels instead of fossil fuels, and then it's over. We really have to change our behavior. I think we have to consume death.
