What to Teach?

If you just let your brain come up with every kind of crazy thing that can happen when you're on stage and everything that could go wrong, like you will have no energy to actually teach and speak and present. Instead, redirect all of that to focus, to preparation, to practice and to just knowing that this is where we all start. Like this is absolutely square one for you and that is perfectly okay. And maybe it's square 10 for you. Then try to figure out, well, which piece of this is the worst and get help for that area?
