Introduction
Yvgini Morozov is the creator and host of the new podcast series the Santiago Boys. cybersin was a system for helping Chilean technocrats to manage state-owned, those state-run enterprises that were growing in number because of nationalizations under Salvador Aíindez leftist administration in the early 1970s. It sought to leverage the power of computers and the TALEX network that was already existed to some extent in Chile but was greatly enhanced during the project's duration.
