The Importance of Honoring Your Father and Your Grandfather
I think what surprised me in those conversations truly was that more people than not one thought my grandfather had been wronged, two thought that George Hormel could be kind of mean-spirited at times or grumpy. And three were sort of still bold over by the audacity of the Simbezzler and what he pulled off under the eyes of both my grandfather and George Hormels. I'd say I'd really encourage people to do it. I think there's mythology about power and particularly male gender power. These folks who have power and privilege are really just like the rest of us in terms of themselves inside.
