Transport Secretary Grant Chaps said the unions are not engaging in good faith. The r m t is looking for something like seven %, while inflation is 11%. I think if you want to look for a potential landing zone where some of these pay talks might end, there's some beans and deals done with other unions in scotland that have got their workers rises without five %. If they can get to that kind of area, do you think it will stave off more strikes from different parts of the economy?
