The Importance of Being a Pop Punk Band

Blackbird was the first time in their bands career that somebody tried to A&R us like we had, even the layover. Knightly was the record that we tried something a little bit more like just struck rock and there's almost like some kind of bluesy stuff in there. But then you can hear Nashville in that record, I think, if you know it was made in Nashville, you can hear it and feel it a little bit. For some reason, I've got this weird country twang that kind of comes in out.
