i think that leaders need to lend their own credibility to a situation. You don't need do it necessarily the exact same way each time. Soknow, a first time person, you could lend more in e overtime. There's something else too, that ihave thought bout and done over the years, which i find to be interesting. We just try to broaden who that list of people is, what they look like, what kind of background they come from. And recognize that if we invest in them the same way that we've traditionally invested, i in folks look a little more traditional.
