Fat and Bollism Syndrome and Hemoglobinopathies

Fat and bollism syndrome is going to be one of those things where we see more on the board than we actually see in real life. I kind of like to think of it as three big buckets or ideologies that can cause it. The thing with a petitial rash is not always seen, but is kind of common for fat and bollISM syndrome. Because you can imagine respiratory distress and neurological symptoms can be from a lot of other ideologies.
