The Overton Window of Resiliency in Cryptocurrency
Yariata: I'm starting to wonder if we need some sort of overton window to shift in order for crypto to succeed. Yariata: It's very hard to compete against the legacy system that we have, where one big central authority has basically unlimited power and can do anything they want. He says instead of optimizing for efficiency, Crypto needs to be optimizing for resiliency. And he suggests a global insurance pool with contracts that every transaction, just a little tax, goes into it.
