I'm a little confused about what you're saying here because certainly muscle tension happens in the body, right? Like physically in the body. What does it mean for an emotion to actually occur in the body? Because I guess my admittedly limited biological understanding is that emotions are really happening in the brain. And there are some side effects in the body like muscle tension. Well, I don't know so much about the neuroscience or the anatomy or things like this. But yeah, I think what I mean is phenomenologically that you experience certain emotions in certain regions of the body and you feel them internally in certain regionsof the body.
