Staying Focused on What You Want to Do

The key to staying focused is making sure that we're scheduling ourselves with smarter time blocks. Another factor in limiting your environmental distractions should also be things like wearing head phones and setting the expectation that you shouldn't be interrupted. When we schedule those most important tasks for early in the day, we're more likely to complete what we want to because often we have more control over our schedule early on in the day.
