How to Get Up at Five 30
Emma Bush: I try to be up by six a m but five 30 is ideal. So i get up around 5 30, sometimes fi forty five. I wash my face, of course. I put on my glasses and my slippers,. And i go into the living i'd totally wear slippers. Then i ead my bible for a few minutes, or i just mole over a single verse while i start my coffee. It makes a huge difference in my day.
