Dory: We try to push towards like web hooks and event driven sorts of things as much as we can. Like on average, you're asking hundreds of times for new data and there's nothing there. And then the one time there is, right? It's just super, super wasteful. Dory: If you go into Zapier and you go into build a workflow, you'll see multiple steps. Maybe it's a, I'll use a starring, a message and Slack. And then you add it to, let's say to do us, right? Those are two distinct steps that we've broken apart on the backend. That's pretty much how your zap would expand
