The Importance of Revenue Operations
Revenue operations is Technically a new thing just like it may not that new but it hasn't been around for all that long. But the problem is that they take all of the old rules that marketing ops sales ops and CS ops played by and grew up with. They bring all those old outdated rules that don't belong here anymore to the rev ops function. And then that's part of why I think we're seeing the function go in in the direction that it's going.
