How to Organize an E-Max Conference
The hardest part was just staying on top of like who was speaking. We set up a git, host a git thing because we didn't want to use GitHub. And so I encourage people to attempt to organize conferences. It's harder than you think but it's also at the end of the day, it's not that difficult to organize a conference.
