The Nutritarian Approach to Diet

The Nutritarian is a diet that's optimally designed to be an excellent health and promote life span, slow aging. The foundational principle is moderate caloric restriction in the context of micronutrient excellence. Green vegetables are a necessity for normal human immune function. We get our fat from animal fats and plant oils but we don't use sesame seed oil or whole avocado. And there's also corroborative scientific evidence that when people try to eliminate all fat from their diet and cut back on all fat they just eat any fat at all.
