John Podhortz: We're going to have a conversation about what is going on on the left in relation to the left's view of the United States. Matt Stoller sent out an email yesterday called the long annoying tradition of anti patriotism, which is not something that I would have expected to see from Matt Stoller. Declineism is a longstanding posture of political elites. It's also a political choice, not a reflection of reality.
