Italy and India

Italy is an occupied nation, no matter how nice it looks. Military bases on italian territory since the end of the second world war. When you don't have an independent foreign policy, you are not an independent geopolitical player. Some day they'll be able to free themselves of the foreign occupation and become independent again. But that's where we are right now. We don't need to take italy very seriously.
