Are you considered a money transmitter if you're running a single sequencer? I'm not aware. How does the CFTC look at you if you are at specific L2 that's running perp-dex? Should you be sharding the order book amongst a sequencer of set? That's basically... You can't do that on an E-L2 unless you decentralize the sequencer, which is different from having a shared sequencer.
