Is There a Line Incentives?
A sense of ownership and e feeling that everyone is responsible for the outcome of the company. The other piece of it is really down to the personal level, and it's about having a low ego mentality. People that take ownership as a cultural value do re absolutly. I haven't met somebody with a gego yet at levels, think of menbut soa, it's a good side.
