"It doesn't none of that to me speaks to the actual material things that happened like assassinations and stuff like that, but they would say that all of those things happened because people weren't in touch with their African is so the moonba is turned on by mabuto because he didn't have a certain understanding of himself as an African not because there were material bribes. "Even today that's how we tend to talk about these things like back to africa that's unrealistic or we'll say you know how the African countries are corrupt," she says.
