The architecture, the arms control architecture of the 19 sixties and seventies was in place. So both sides could fly over each other's territory du reconnoissance. Now we're going to create missile defense shields such that if the us. Carries out a first strike attack against the russian military nuclear arsenal, meaning destroying those missiles in their silos or destroy submarines. That still leaves a number of nuclear missiles coming. But a missile defense shield picks up the remnant. It can't pick up a hundred %, but maybe it can pick up three percent or four% or five%. We have almost no diplomatic or military relations with russia at this point.
